Touch is one of the most powerful ways we communicate—but meaningful touch often gets lost in the busyness of everyday life.


Touch Lab is an educational, hands-on relationship experience that explores the role of intentional touch, emotional safety, affection, and connection. Through guided exercises, couples will learn how non-sexual and sensual touch can foster trust, reduce stress, and strengthen emotional and physical closeness.

This workshop is designed to help couples slow down, become more present with one another, and experience connection in a comfortable, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
