Cancellation Policy

## Girls’ Night Out — Booking Policy By booking a Girls’ Night Out at NLE Studio, you agree to the following policies: **Booking & Payment** Your event is not reserved until the required booking payment has been received. Any remaining balance and selected add-ons must be paid prior to your scheduled event. Additional products purchased during the event are separate from your booking fee. **Guest Limit** Girls’ Night Out experiences are designed for groups of up to **10–12 guests**. Please provide an estimated guest count when booking. Additional guests must be approved in advance. **Age Requirement** Guests participating in adult sexual wellness education, adult product demonstrations, or shopping must be **18 years or older**. Valid identification may be requested. **Arrival & Event Time** Please arrive at your scheduled time unless early access has been arranged. Your reservation includes only the time listed in your booking. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. **Food & Drinks** Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted with prior approval. Please discuss food setup or catering plans before your event. Guests are responsible for cleaning excessive spills or food-related messes. **Alcohol** NLE does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages as part of the Girls’ Night experience. Any alcohol-related requests must be discussed and approved before the event and must comply with applicable laws and studio policies. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Booking payments are **non-refundable** because your selected date and time are removed from availability. One reschedule may be permitted with at least **48 hours’ notice**, subject to studio availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payments made. **No-Shows** Failure to attend your scheduled event without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments. **Studio Care & Damages** The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their group. Guests are expected to respect the studio, furniture, equipment, décor, and products. The booking party may be responsible for costs associated with excessive cleaning, missing property, or damage caused during the event. **Products & Purchases** Adult wellness or enhancement products may be available for education and purchase.
