Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your experience (7) seven days or more before the scheduled event, you will receive a 0% refund. If you cancel less than a week prior to your event for any reason, you will not receive a refund. You can reschedule your booking date. (1) time if reschedule requested with reasonable notice and timeframe. “Reasonable Timeframe" 1 to 2 months after booking window or it original agreement will close. We do not stay on site during your experience. You are required to remain with your set-up the entire time. However, if you need us during your experience or if you need to leave early you can text us and we will arrive within 20 to 30 minutes. We make rescheduling easy! If it rains on the day of your experience, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a different day or move your experience to an indoor location of your choice. We will contact you by the end of the day if weather conditions do not appear to be favorable.
