Cancellation Policy

Booking & Approval All online booking requests are subject to approval. Please allow 24–48 hours for your coach to review and approve your requested session time. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been accepted. Payments & Refunds All payments are non-refundable. A paid and confirmed session date may be rescheduled one (1) time if requested with reasonable notice. “Reasonable notice” means at least 48 hours before your scheduled session unless an emergency occurs. Forms & Requirements All required coaching intake forms and agreements must be completed and signed before your official coaching start date. Coaching will not begin until all forms are received. Coaching Disclaimer Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Your coach is not a licensed mental health professional and cannot diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
